Lovelady Plumbing

I had filed a couple of complaints against this place. I will copy & paste it here. This place seems so great at first, but then nothing. They show up once, tell you that you need a new toilet & then they totally blow you off & I was also told that Max Lovelady was talking about my house behind my back to his ex. Totally unethical. Here's my complaint: Max Lovelady & his son-in-law came out sometime in August 2024 because my toilet in the back bathroom overflowed when I washed my clothes. I cleaned it up real good & called Max Lovelady because my Aunt recommended him because he used to date one of her friends a long time ago. I thought he was great when he was here. He took alot of time, offered great advice, fixed the problem & gave me advice on maintaining things. He recommended that I get a new toilet in that back backroom. We measured & I told him what I was looking for. That was way back in the first or second week of August. He's blown me off ever since. He's never called once. I did call him myself many weeks ago & told him that I still wanted that toilet ASAP. He acted like he'd get back with me & nothing. Now you can't even reach him anymore under his old number. He's supposedly going through a nasty divorce & I heard his wife cut off his cell phone. He can't use any of that as an excuse to totally ignore people like that. Even worse, my Aunt also told me that he was talking trash about my bathroom behind my back to his ex. He told her how much it still stunk & it was making him sick to his stomach. He nor his son-in-law ever said a word to me about any smell. I never have smelled anything. That is beyond unethical. My property is not up for discussion with anyone else, especially that ex of his. He had no right discussing my bathroom with anyone else. It makes me wonder if he does this to anyone else. He's unethical, he won't contact you, he won't do as he states, nothing. I've been waiting on this toilet since August 2024. I am totally done with this guy. He should have his license suspended.

I tried to support local business but businesses like this are the reason family owned companies are going out of business. This place doesn't stand behind there work at all, very disappointing. They installed a toilet less then a year ago, it was rocking pretty quickly after install and now is leaking from the base but when I called back nobody answered. They screen all calls you have to leave a message before they might call you back, but only if you're a new customer because returning customers know better. I've been trying to reach them for days now and am being ignored. Maybe this might help get a call back.

We purchased 2 appliances from Costco and they sent Lovelady to do the installations. One install was very routine. The other, a wall oven, was a bit more challenging. However the installer knew exactly what to do and came equipped with all of the tools needed. I highly recommend them and will call them first for any future plumbing needs.

This will sound suspicious since the last review was Oliver installing a dishwasher, but got a dishwasher installed via Costco’s service and was extremely impressed by how professional he was. I could instantly tell this is a business that cares about their customers. Definitely will be a repeat customer in the future.

These wonderful folks were the ones contracted out by a big box store to install a disposal in my kitchen. Despite the box store dropping several balls, Ms Joanne kept in contact with me and was able to get her tech Glen out to do my installation. I was so pleased with the service that I immediately turned around and hired them to replace my hot water heater for me. A year later, mom had some plumbing issues at her house, and I once again gave Lovelady a call. The leaking sink was fixed professionally, on time, and at a much better rate than I was expecting to pay. These folks are professional, honest, and are one of the few service folks I've run into that I don't feel are trying to take advantage of me when I call them for something. They will continue to be my go-to for any plumbing needs!

They installed a kitchen faucet for us. I will use them again. The plumber was friendly, professional, fast, and efficient. Highly recommended.

Oliver installed my dishwasher and I was extremely impressed with him. It was just a great experience and I thought he was so nice and personable. Really hard to find people like him these days. Saved in my phone for the next time I need any plumbing needs. A+

Absolutely professional, calls ahead of appointment, very friendly and very knowledgeable. They were the recommended installation team for a big chain home improvement store to install a new dishwasher, although there were numerous problems from the manufacturer of the dishwasher, they helped assisting me when I received more than one faulty appliance, reassuring me that it wasn't me, but the machine I bought..they interceded on my behalf and got a new one ordered fast and installed.. although I will not buy from the home improvement store again...I will use them for all my plumbing needs.. everyone from the technicians to the office staff are great! You want be disappointed using them.
