We also love the way they send a picture of the person coming out to your residence to let you know who to expect. We think that alone is an absolute must these days. We appreciate the quick response and the quality of the work of the technicians, especially given the weather conditions. However, we question the fact that the price for this repair was double the amount of the exact same repair six months ago. The quote given for a new hot water heater also seemed excessive. After 30 years with this vendor, we feel that we are being forced to consider other vendors with more competitive pricing for future projects.
