Sludge Busters plumbing and septic tank service

I had a toilet back up shortly after purchasing a home in the Madison area. Sludge Busters came out within 24 hrs of my call, checked my plumbing, and determined the “root” cause of the issue: the septic line and tank had roots clogging the drain path. They promptly replaced the tank and my main line and had us back in working order quickly. I have no reference point for pricing, so I cannot speak to the value, but it seemed reasonable for the work done. I would recommend them for any septic issues.

Having to call a plumber is never a good time but I am so happy with the service we received from these guys. Chris showed up within an hour of me calling and both him and the receptionist were so friendly and helpful. Work was done quickly and at a fair price. Would definitely recommend to others.

The guys came to fix a drain/spectic problem. The did a great job fixing the issue. They even offered to come back on Saturday to help with a few more things. They were quick to find the problem and professional with their work. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

We found our fridge ice maker line was leaking bc it was that old copper mess. We needed a valve installed to be able to shut it off in case of any future leak as well. Chris got it installed and stopped it from leaking. He even stayed late so that we could get our water up and running. Chris was very responsive, very professional, cleaned up after himself. We highly recommend this business and we look forward to using them for future plumbing and septic needs. Thank you so much for coming out and taking care of our issues.

They came out right away and identified an issue that required a large repair to the drain on the shower out to the new septic tank. They offered a fair price and did excellent work to remedy the issue and even came back to check on everything. Highly recommend!

We needed our septic tank cleaned and they were quick to do it for us. We called early afternoon and they were here just a couple hours later. Didn't take long at all and provided great customer service on the phone and while here in person. The prices are the best around. Will use sludge busters going forward with any plumbing issues. Great people to work with, very knowledgeable, and fast service. Called Sludge Busters and Morgan got Chris to come out super quick and he helped us with a pool house issue. We will definitely use them if we need them in the future!

We called this company before New Year's Day to have them come out and work on our plumbing. The first time they came out the were late, but we needed someone so desperately we were ok waiting. They were unable to completely resolve our issues due to a dropped pipe. No big deal, the next day we had that fixed. We called them again to come out and fix the other half of our house. After telling us they would be there first thing in the morning, they didn't show up till late afternoon. Again the issue was not fixed . The owner told us they would be out "first thing in the morning " again. Now two days later we have not seen or heard back from them. This company is unreliable and wasted two days of our time. We will be finding another company to deal with.
