I've had several encounters with them on my property for services I needed and they all been different technicians but I would give each technician five-star rating. They were knowledgeable and were willing to share their knowledge and explain what was going on and show you what was going on on top of that service was well worth the expense. Every problem I've had they've been able to find a solution quick and no more problems with anything they repaired.

Cole Houschouer was our plumbing technician who came out to make repairs to our hot water heater/furnace venting. He was thorough/precise with the job and cleaned up after the work was done. I am very thankful he was the technician called out to do the job. I feel confident the issue was resolved. Thank you!

I called because of a burning smell coming from my vents. Freedom not only came out the same day but they were very professional and fixed the problem in no time. I was very thankful because it would have been a miserable night without heat due to wind and cold temperatures.

1/31/25, Jesse came to my house today because my system stopped working and I could not be happier with his work and professionalism. He made sure to tell me what I needed and why, and completed the work fast. He also helped me get a service appointment set up. Jesse is a 5 star guy for sure! Still love working with Freedom heating and cooling, they have the nicest techs in the business!

Took months to diagnose a faulty air conditioner, making multiple unnecessary repairs before replacing the unit. When they replaced, they seated the condensate drain outside the existing drain line (see photos), resulting in a slow leak causing water damage and mildew in the lower level. Management was unresponsive. I’m sure they have some good techs, but they have plenty of amateur ones and management is obviously overwhelmed as they don’t return calls. Call another company.

Our technician Luke Vaughters was very professional and courteous. He evaluated our problems in detail and thoroughly. All communication has been excellent. We were initially impressed with the promptness of service and previously recommended this business. Update: Unfortunately, we are unable to schedule the repair service after paying $600.00 for line leak detection. We cannot get a return call to schedule service, and today, no one answers the phone, but I did leave another message. We've been waiting several weeks so far... Our water leak continues. If we continue to be unable to contact anyone to schedule service, we will have to look for another plumbing service. As it turned out the $600.00 leak detection service failed and we paid another firm to do our repairs. The rate was 75% less than what these guys quoted.

Your service man did a very good job He came in with IDing himself. Very courteous. Went right to work Found the problem quickly, fixed it and on his way Very good service. Mr. Jesse did a fine job. Very courteous explained the problem and left his personal phone number in case I have problems. Both the men you sent have done a fine a great job. This was definitely a hidden problem.
