2/18/2025 After a couple of hits and misses I decided to do my final due diligence in searching for the best plumbing company. After reading other reviews from different sources, and seeing their A+ rating from Better Business Bureau, I chose Mr. Drippy. I had quite the laundry list of things to be repaired in my home. Long story short, I was very pleased with the service received by Mr.Drippy. On time. Good communication. Professional and experienced workers. From the front end, Erin and Laura were most helpful in scheduling, explaining prices and pricing options. Easily reached when I needed them for questions, etc. The guys who came to my home were very polite, professional, respectful and experienced. Rodney, Dalton and Ryan, thanks for a job well done. Follow up on the work done was prompt and I was glad to be contacted by them directly by phone to inquire if there were any problems or issues that I wanted to address.(of which there were none) I am glad I found Mr. Drippy. I feel good knowing I have someone I can trust to call and return to my home in the future, if needed, and know they will meet my expectations. I do recommend the crew at Mr. Drippy in their abilities to perform their services as expected. And I'm pretty particular about giving out referrals and recommendations, so that says a lot. Mr. Drippy was outstanding in all aspects. I highly recommend them for your next plumbing need. The customer service from Laura and David were top notch, and the communication was incredibly detailed and quick. We had one big issue and one smaller issue that Mr. Drippy handled faster than I thought anyone would! Give them a call!

We called Mr Drippy to replace our water heater and whole-house water filter in addition to several other repairs . They arrived the very next day and had all the work completed within 24 hours. Amazing! Their courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism were on full display and we could not be more pleased. I recommend them without reservation and after this experience we won't call anyone else.

Rodney and Julien did a great job installing our new tankless water heater. They were friendly and courteous, but most importantly they were knowledgeable and the work is neat and professional. The price was more favorable than other companies quoted. Thanks for working us in so promptly and getting us hot water within one day!!

When I called this office for help on a shower replacement cartridge for the water flow they were very helpful in setting the appointment. Once the appointment was set and the technicians arrived, they went into phase 2 of let us give you three choices of wish to choose from. I’ve had four companies give me quotes. None have been over $230 to replace the cartridge in the shower, they were wanting $450 just to replace the cartridge and that would be with no warranty because they said the flow was too high water. Flow pressure was too high. They’re very nice people, but they talk in my opinion out of both sides of their mouth. I am the son of a mechanical engineer so I know the working in and out of plumbing. I was having it done due to my business and I’m on the go almost 24 seven a day seven days a week, but this company really had me back as to I live at a upscale neighborhood and I believe I was taking advantage of that.

My experience Mr. Drippy Plumbing was excellent! Mr. Jonathan LeCroy was knowledgeable, smart and great to work with. He knew exactly what to do and left my home in a better shape than it was before. They worked within my budget and overall satisfied with the job! I highly recommend Mr. Drippy for all your plumbing needs.
