Robert was so fast and effective at removing the tree roots from my sewer line. He also noticed a note I had made to myself about picking up the kids from school so he expedited the repair by calling in a backup crew so the work could be completed in plenty of time for school pickup (I never even mentioned this time concern to him-he just happened to observe the note)! The price was extremely reasonable and the crew was in and out in 30 minutes. I live in the Crestline Park area and Superior will be the only plumbing service I will ever use.

Robert is fantastic and has taken care of me several times. I don’t call anyone besides Superior.

Called for help with a blocked sewer on a holiday weekend. Have used Superior Plumbing for over a decade and will vouch for their excellent work; however, knowing it was Thanksgiving weekend AND the day of the Iron Bowl, I figured I was in trouble. But not! Superior was off but Robert called around to find one of his crew that would give up his time off (my repair required two-person crew) and an hour after my desperate call, Robert called to let me know that they were on their way! I must say, it can be a hassle to find a good plumber just like a mechanic. But boy when I tell you... We believed the issue in our home was going to be more than what the extent of the issue actually was. As a property management professional, I've dealt with any and all sorts of vendors, and still, one for plumbing with integrity can still be a bit difficult to come across. The gentleman who came out named (Bo) was Absolutely Amazing! He tackled the problem right on and no more than that.
