My best contractor. Good communication, great craftsmanship, cleanup, walk-through of every line item, explanation of everything and made sure all questions were answered. Of a dozen contractors at my new house, they were the best.

I called these guys out for an estimate on some ductwork repairs. I was very impressed at their honesty, professionalism, promptness and the way that my concerns were handled with these guys Jake, Jordan and John were amazing. They were very knowledgeable, and did not try to charge me for things that I didn't need. I look forward to doing business with them. I highly recommend them ! 10/ 10.

Jason was excellent. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix an external water leak in one afternoon. You can’t even tell they dug up my front bushes. He also found another issue that I was not even aware of took care of it while he was here. I have used Wilburs several times and they will continue to be my go to moving forward.

I discovered a significant leak under the house Sunday morning. I contacted several 24/7 plumbers, with no response. So, I had to take off work today in hopes of getting it looked at. Found Wilbur's on BBB website and contacted Wilbur's @ 8 am and spoke with Helen. She was very friendly. They were able to send someone out same day, so I looked no further. I was sent a text message with a picture of the technician (love this). The technicians, Clay and Jackson, were respectful, honest, and efficient. There comes a time when there’s a time for everything under the Heavens as described in Ecclesiastics 3:1. I got a card in the mail for a Free-Bruary HVAC SYSTEM, buy an A/C & the furnace is free. I needed it. I need it like I needed air in my lungs. I had to call. It was time to get some Heat 🔥 in my home. And eventually some air. I knew it and so did God. Now, in steps my Guardian Angel 😇, Mr. Jake Wint representing Wilbur’s Air Conditioning/Heating/Plumbing. I chose Wilbur’s because, Mr. Wilbur put my HVAC unit in my home 1997. He is a good man and helped me keep the unit all these years at prices I could afford. One time I could not afford it and Mr. Wilbur worked a payment plan for me without having to be financed. But it was time and being without heat, I had gotten all my money out of too. I needed immediate help. I was cold but I did not tell a soul not even my children. I thought I could make it with these two spac space heaters confined to just one room in my home. The weather dropped to a hard freezing 🥶 though and felt like it too. My thoughts froze.🥶 I was aching because I had chills. Jake wasn’t going leave me until he could arrange heat 🔥 for me. I’m not as healthy as I want to be. I go to Chemotherapy for fours hours twice a month a Lung disease that has no cure. I changed my scheduled intravenous infusion time to later that afternoon and as you can see, I’m smiling cause I’m getting heat. 🔥. I’m autoimmune and a mere cold could kill me. It’s was time. I had plan on getting other company estimates. But Jake’s, professional, compassionate, attentive and kind ways, sold me. No need for the others. Plus he spoke with Mr. Wilbur on my behalf and Mr. Wilbur made me an offer I could not refuse.Thank you Mr. Wilbur. I have not Financed anything in years. When my Husband passed, I just stopped buying things, thanking God for surviving well on a Widow’s money after Husband’s salary died with him. I didn’t think no one would Finance me. But Jake sat and stayed with me and helped me fill out the first Bank application and then the second. He sat and sat until I got approved over the phone something I had never done in these 71 years of my life. I always go inside and plead pitifully. We both fist bumping in celebration 🥳 . Jake arranged plans for ordering the equipment right then and there and told me some one would be here the next day and they would do a good job. And it happened as he promised and they did indeed do a good job. I GOT HEAT 🔥. God is good. 🙏🏽 Thank you Wilbur’s for still being good after all these years. Thank you Jake for sticking with me. I will refer Wilbur’s to VILLAGE of Family, Friends and Acquaintances for HVAC. It’s been a long time since I smelled and felt heat 🔥. In my home. I love it.♥️ Mrs. Cynthia Kellum ☺️
