Not only did he possess great expertise in his field, but he also went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed to the highest standard possible. Sam's dedication to excellence was evident when he went the extra mile by promptly going to Lowe's to acquire a necessary piece to complete the task efficiently. His professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set him apart. I highly recommend Sam for any technical services you may need.

Zoom Drain came out this afternoon within 30 mins of me calling for service. They texted a picture of my technician and called as they were headed our way. Wasn’t urgent, but they came by fast. Sam Harper was our technician and he was polite, friendly and informative. We had a clean out that was overflowing in the yard. He recommended a Hydrojet service which was roughly $699 and a flat rate. Seemed like a fair price based on my google searches. Cleared the clog and warranty up to 3 months of service. Also replaced the clean out cap with a new one that actually works vs the old one that was on there. Customer service was excellent and payment was easy online. Overall process was easy and timely. Would recommend for service

I would like to thank tech Sam Harper for all his hard work, patience, diligence and persistence on trying to fix my clogged kitchen drain. He went above and beyond! I called and received same day service and he even showed up about an hour earlier than scheduled. After all the hours of physical labor unfortunately my issue was unresolved. Over 50 years of grease guck and who knows what else was too much to resolve. In spite of it all I'm still giving a 5 star rating for great customer service and I would still recommend Zoom Drain service for your needs.

They were quick to respond and get a tech out same day. The tech, Micah Ludin, was fantastic! Super easy to talk and ask questions to along with explaining everything clearly and precisely. He made us feel very comfortable about everything. I would highly recommend this company to everybody looking for a quick fix with high quality service.

House repairs are never fun but thanks to Zoom drain they made it easy. Sam did a stellar job with repairing my garbage disposal. He waisted no time in finding the issue and a solution to repair it. Sam was very knowledgeable and that showed with him repairing my garbage disposal. He also cleaned the mess that was backed up in the disposal. I highly would recommend him and Zoom drain for all plumbing needs.
