Technician showed up at indicated time. Provided friendly, thorough, and professional service at a reasonable price. Excellent communication, explained everything well in terms I understood. Very respectful of my property. Solved my problem in minimal time. Had some cool gadgets that he let me operate briefly so I could understand the measurements he was making. Highly recommend!

The technician came on time and kept me informed of his procedure and progress of finding the leak under the slab. He marked it clearly for the plumber. The leak was precisely where he indicated. The company is very responsive to my requests and questions. Excellent service!

Jeff Matz came to our home he is very professional and knowledgeable. He located our first leak outside in the front of our house. I had thought it was in our driveway, but it was not. We had that leak repaired last Friday and by Sunday night we had low water pressure. We thought the repair had burst due to the cold weather. And in the morning, we looked outside and found we may have more leaks. We called and they scheduled Jeff Matz to come out to locate the leak. He identified two potential leaks. We are incredibly pleased with the prompt response to locate the leaks. Thank you, Jeff and his crew.

Very friendly, arrived on time, and fixed my pool liner leak even with water temperature being a bone chilling 38*F and air temps in the 20s!!! I am very happy that I didn’t have to wait all winter to have the leak repaired. I would use American Leak Detection again for my pool or any other leak around my house. I almost forgot….they also showed me where my leak for the pool slide piping is under the concrete deck slab.

A terrible experience with a shady company and poor business practices. The technician came to my house and did not perform the steps as I agreed with Tammy . The technician came and I was charged 399 dollars for 15 minutes of time . And he did NOT find the cause for a quadruple water bill and did nothing of what he was supposed to do using Helium gas and sonar to find where the leak is and then insisted of charging me 399 dollars . and I am going to complain to the better business bureau and attorney general consumer protection agency. I asked for the owner to call me but he NEVER did . Stay away from American leak detection company . Worst customer service and extremely gouging prices and very poor work ethics and very poor repair work performance Also I am going to file a law suit in small claims court against American leak detection company. This is a rip off and the work was NOT done as it is supposed to be so they can find the leak

Notified by utility that my meter was running continuously. I estimated about 0.2 gpm. John came and double checked that the leak wasn't in the house. He scanned the front yard and marked the spot where the leak was in less than an hour. I was skeptical, but I dug down about 18 inches and saw water. The leak was a crack in the pvc right below the X on the yard. Thanks ALD and John.

I have used this company twice. Each time they found the leak quickly. They were very easy to do business with - professional & reliable. I not hoping for any leaks, but if you have them, this outfit will help.

Don't use them. paid $499 for them to come out on October 8th. Said they couldn't find the leak in my pool. Had to pay another company that instantly found three small leaks in the liner. Tried to call American Leak detection and spoke to someone there named Tammy said she would speak to her boss after I asked for a refund. Didn't get a call back. Save yourself the Trouble and 500 bucks, use someone else.
