5 STARR PLUMBING

I needed an estimate for a whole house re-pipe due to aging copper lines. Matt came out the next day after I called, looked at everything that I needed, and provided a reasonable estimate within a couple of hours. While I am getting a couple more estimates before making a decision, the 10 year company-backed warranty on the work is a big selling point for me. UPDATE: I did choose 5 Starr for the re-pipe, and could not be more pleased! Matt led a crew that were all kind, respectful, and personable. Above all, they were professional and did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to call them again in the future for any plumbing needs.

Garret responded to my service request within 1/2 hour from when I called, and arrived at my home approx 20 minutes later. He listened to my concerns then fixed the leaking water line in the attic. He had me approve the price to begin with so there were no surprises. Garret was dressed neatly and acted in a professional manner. I recommend both he and the office person that took my call.

Thank you to Tristan and Noah for the fine job they did fixing our plumbing problems. Tristan was spot on the fixtures he chose to replace our leaky existing ones. And the the refurbishments on the toliets are so appreciated. Great job!

We had a plumbing emergency late at night on a week night. We contact 5 star plumbing and within 20 minutes Matt Cook was at our door step. He went above and beyond and found every issue with our residence - even checking our HVAC units for possible issues. Gave a same day estimate for an entire re-plumb which was very reasonable. Overall 10/10 experience. Very professional and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great service! Friendly and accommodating people from start to finish. They installed two water filtration systems for me, and everything went as smoothly as it should have. The two men that installed the systems were very thorough and informative. I'd recommend them highly!!

Matt Hadley was my plumber. Very experienced. On the day of the service I was called and given an ETA. Matt didn't mind my many questions. It wasn't cheap, but I have confidence it was done right. I had 2 bathroom faucets replaced.
