Buyer Beware. Very disappointing. While they returned my first call promptly, they missed the appointment set for 1pm and we had to reset to following day at same time. Upon arrival, they gave pricing for both an installation of a reverse osmosis drinking system for under sink mount in kitchen, $400+ extremely high and then quoted $179 for repairing an upstairs toilet which only needed $20 worth of inside components replaced. My spouse agreed to and paid for the toilet repair not knowing that it was grossly overpriced taking only 30 minutes for entire service call.

I have called to schedule a follow up as we are in the middle of a major commercial reno and work was started. No answer, no return call. Countless delays in even getting started, Trucks are parked at Home Depot in Daphne and employees no longer work for company. It appears to have closed and my repairs arn’t halfway complete, where is my deposit refund?

It is a Sunday, and I currently have a burst pipe in my front yard, and the water to my house is shut off. I've been attempting to contact an emergency plumber for the past hour, and every time I call this company the line is always busy. For an hour. If you are advertising yourself as a 24 hour company, you should probably have your line available.

Excellent, timely service! I called early Sunday morning and repairs were done by 11am and at a great rate. Friendly and neat plumber. I will also use Bluefrog.

The technician was on time, clean, and courteous. He treated me and my home with respect. I will definitely be calling blue frog for my next plumbing issue!
