OnTime Service

Feb 26 2025 - Plumbing Project. 5 Stars…. BelForest Water Company called a few days ago and notified me that we had a water leak. I next called OnTime Services. Rick came out and found the problem and they scheduled the work for today. They replaced the water line from the street to my home. Rick arrived OnTime and completed the job on time. Actually, the job was completed a bit earlier than anticipated. I have found the technicians working with OnTime to be prompt, courteous, and competent. Kudos!! July 3rd 2024 5 Stars…. We called OnTime yesterday and Ethan, our service provider, arrived on time today. He evaluated our electrical needs and provided a solid plan that will fix our garage outlets. The work is scheduled for next week. July 9, 2024 5 Stars again…. Ethan and Blade arrived this morning on time and started work right away. They had the parts and pieces that were to be installed with them. About 4 hours later the work was complete and fully tested. The open ground in my garage circuit was corrected. The electrical feeds for my 2 freezers in the garage have been relocated from the garage GFIC circuit to new dedicated circuits for each freezer. I expect the probability nuisance of trips that have affected my freezers are greatly reduced. I am pleased with the job. I was impressed with OnTime Service from the very first meeting to work completion. I do recommend OnTime Service for anyone that would like competent, punctual, and courteous service.

Cameron not only did a fantastic job, he was extremely friendly and professional. Living alone I was nervous about someone I didn’t know coming into my house, but he made me feel totally comfortable having him here. I will recommend Cameron to everyone I know. Your company is very lucky to have an employee like him.

My garbage disposal died. "Who you gonna call" was easy to answer: Ontime Service! I have had previous 5-star service from them on several occasions. This time, Trace and Chase exceeded the high bar set at previous encounters. When OnTime techs are touted by the owner in TV commercials, believe what he says. They are clean, sober, knowledgeable, polite, and very personable. Thanks, guys, for a job well done!

I explained the problem to the repairman. He was completely done probably in 45 minutes with the explanation of what he did and why it happened. Very clean and neat in appearance, also very good manners!

Wyatt came to service our AC unit and did a tremendous job! He was on time, very courteous and personable and took his time performing a full service. When completed, Wyatt explained everything that he did and made sure we understood. We would definitely recommend this service and Wyatt!!

My husband called OnTime early this morning for a small electrical job we needed done to install an outside security camera in the desired location. A little over 3 hours later Cameron arrived, assessed the area, verified the desired location/outcome and got right to work. Within an hour he had completed the job in a professional, efficient and friendly manner. We have used OnTime a number of times before and always been extremely satisfied with their work and technicians, and this time was no different. We highly recommend.

We recently use OnTime Service for electrical work at our home in Ft Morgan. Trust the reviews - these guys are GREAT! Cameron and his partner were diligent, respectful and very knowledgeable. If you need any kind of electrical work done, skip everyone else and just call OnTime. We will be using them for the plumbing work we need done, as well!

Would recommend 11/10! Dalton was very informative and helpful. Wasn’t home at the time due to being at work but he explained to my wife what was going on with our water heater. He replaced our old one with a new one and brought it up to code. He was very fluid about the tasks at hand. If you’re thinking about using this company don’t hesitate and call! Would let them do anything around my residence no questions asked.
