Malachi came gave me an estimate to repair my hose bib and he was able to repair the same day. Turned out, they didn't have to drill through sheet rock. He tried from the outside 1st, and he was able to repair it from there. Everything was handled with perfect timing, they were both super sweet, and answered all of my questions.

Was able to come out the next day to troubleshoot a clogged main drain line. Wound up going ahead and replacing the main drain line (old was cast iron), and also replaced a sump pump. More than the great work is the customer service behind it. From the lady I spoke with in the office, to the technician who came to my house, they listened to not only what the issue was, but the things I had already tried to fix the issue. And come to find out the technician who came to my house also owns the company, so is willing to still get in the trenches and do the work! I will definitely call if I have any future issues, and will gladly refer people here!

A-Plumber is literally the best plumbing company in Decatur, AL! The technician, Alex Seguin, was assigned to assess the issue at my home. Alex arrived on-time for the appointment along with providing a courtesy call prior to arrival. More notably, Alex was able to identify the issue immediately and provided a non-destructive solution on how to fix my leaky outdoor water-spigot. This recommendation came to a total surprise to me because several other plumbing companies stated that there was no other way to fix the outdoor spigot without cutting through the inside wall of the house (which would have been ALOT more costly). Furthermore, Alex successfully completed the job in about 20 mins and I cannot be happier with the results! The new spigot works perfectly and no more leak! Also, the overall price of this job was less than half of what the other companies quoted in the area. It is also worth noting, that Alex is very pleasant to work with. He is extremely professional, polite and courteous. He answered all my questions with confidence and knowledge of the job. I highly recommend this company and this technician for your plumbing needs!

A-Plumber is awesome. They have always been available and came when other companies wouldn’t even answer an after-hours emergency number. They provide good advice on options without trying to “upsell”. They honor original quotes even when things happen outside of their control. And they stand behind their good, dependable work at reasonable prices as promised. I have used them for many jobs (water heater, pressure regulator, extra LPG line, repair main line when roots got into our main water line, etc.). I highly recommend A-Plumber in Decatur, AL.

A Plumber has been very responsive and helpful. They respond quickly, even if called on the weekend. Very polite and take the time to make sure they don't mess up the house when they are going in and out. Highly recommended!

Had a nasty clog in our bathroom sink. Malachi had to approach it with two different tools to clear it. They did.a great job and I would use them again because of their professionalism and trade knowledge. Additionally, they were able to accomplish this on the same day I called.
