Great plumber has helped me out multiple times

I was very unhappy with my experience with Mr. Davidson. In order to get to the pipe and fix my plumbing issue, he had to take some shelves out of the bathroom closet and cut out a big hole in the sheetrock. This is fine and expected, however once he was finished he left the big hole and didn't put back the shelves. He also seemed very annoyed with me and that he was in a big rush to finish. He acted very irritated that he had to be there working because he had lots of other jobs to take care of (and kept mentioning this). I was offended because I was a paying customer too and he had acted the same way when he came out to give me a quote. I understand that he was busy, but he should not have overbooked himself to the point that he had to be rude to me about it. I will say that he did correct my plumbing issue, I was just unsatisfied with the way he handled things.
