Ben was very pleasant to work with. He was very knowledgeable on what he was doing. He said that the shower and is working perfectly now. It's ready to use.He did have to snake the drain as well. He also recommended some other services that I could use in the future. Believe me I say that I will be using Higdon Services again. Thanks Ben!

We called Higdon about some suspected propane leaks at our tank. Their technician arrived at our home exactly at the time we were told. Tests were performed to locate the leak(s). 3 were found and then we contacted the gas company to repair the tank connections. Thank you Higdon Service!!!

Fast, reliable service with fair prices. We had to replace our A/C unit and the techs that came out were great to work with and did a fantastic job. They have done work in our home before and we recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

Eli Ray came out today and serviced my dryer vent. He carried himself in a very professional manner and did a great job. He also gave me some advice on how to get the most out of my dryer. Outstanding young man and I don't say this often about people who do work for me.

My experience with Higdon Service was great! I had no hot water, so I called and was told a technician could be at my house that same morning. Hunter called when he was on his way and, once he arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem with my water heater. He ordered the part and kept me up on the status of the order until the part arrived on the second business day after I had called them. I received calls from the office and from Hunter to let me know when the part was in. Hunter was there early the following morning, and it wasn't long before I had hot water. There are so many things I love about this company. First of all, Hunter is very knowledgeable and efficient. He worked quickly and was careful to make sure that water didn't run under my washer and dryer. There was no mess at all. And he's such a nice person! I was also pleased that I could get an appointment on the same day, and that I was kept up on everything that was happening throughout the process. And the interaction I had with the office staff and with Hunter was very pleasant. Too many companies I have dealt with in the past few years don't seem to understand (or maybe, care about?) customer service, but the people at Higdon do care. I highly recommend this company and will be calling them with any plumbing issues I have in the future!

We were new to the area but we knew we had a leak. Not knowing what plumbing company to go with we took a chance with Higdon and we are glad we did! They sent out young technician named Hunter who went completely under the house checking all the piping for leaks and any potential leaks. He also recommended replacing certain pipes as they were old and could fail at any time. We really appreciate his thoroughness and his professionalism and we are glad that we went with Higdon!
