Bryan, Kyle and Clay did an excellent job sewer line replacement for our family. They explained everything they were doing and took the best care of the property. They even worked through some city code issues with the replacement. We appreciate their hard work and the time they took to do everything correctly.

Roto router is not only effective, but they are also affordable. The technicians were friendly, polite, and informative. This company goes above and beyond. Needless to say, I’ll never call a different plumber ever again!

Bryan Sanford and Jose Chavez did an amazing job replacing a main line sewer line filled with roots. They cleaned out & cleared our sewer line & installed a new pipe. Please allow me to start from the beginning. After 5 different estimates from 5 different companies, Roto had the best bid. It's a big job. I am retired ARMY on Social Security. I absolutely require the best for what I can afford. After gaining a loan for this job, and a couple of scheduling hiccups, Mr. Clay Tomlin returned to begin the replacement of my Grinder pump and control panel. That young man is the technician that gave me the estimate to begin with. Let me ASSURE you he IS a true Master Plumber! He is very knowledgeable of the systems he is working on, I would trust his just from this day forward. He understands budgets and the best equipment to do it within. I sat with him during the entire time he was on my job. Not to ask questions or interfere at all, but to truly watch a Master Tech at work. The weather was 40 degrees and windy. In my opinion it was a two person job, and I wasn't about to leave him out there in the cold alone. Warm drinks and a friend nearby makes the job more human. So,,,,Clay thinks things out before piecing it together. Knows 3 steps ahead of what he's doing. From parts needed, to fitting them, to wiring them, to testing. AND, which way to make the running of pipes, and connections more efficient, safer, and economical.truely folks, you want this young man doing your plumbing project! His dedication to making sure things are right, to code, and professional install is above reproach! In my opinion, he should start his own business and teach others of his professionalism and dedication to detail. Like I said, I wholeheartedly endorse Clay for ANY plumbing work, small, or large. His character, demeanor, and dedication to excellent is more than anything you would expect. This, I will stand by. And I stand ready to back this young man.
