I am very thankful I called Affordable Plumbing. They were able to help out for a rather urgent water heater replacement. The technician (Leo) was very helpful and very courteous. The options they provided covered my needs, and I look forward to working with them again.

Leo got the job done at a more affordable price compared to the last company we used for a similar issue. We appreciated his customer service and communication skills. Today I was visited by Yancey. He was a very pleasant and knowledgeable gentleman. How he did so much in such a short time proves he knows how to preform the annual maintenance. He was a pleasure to talk to. He also had to maneuver through all my “junk” in the garage. He is definitely is an asset to your company! Thank you, Yancey!

Yancey and his team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, completing the job efficiently while prioritizing our satisfaction. We experienced significant leaks in multiple areas of our home, which led to severe drywall damage and soaked carpets. After evaluating the situation, they recommended a full house repipe. While it was a considerable investment, it has proven worthwhile so far. We didn’t want to risk further failures with our 30-year-old copper pipes, so we approved the work immediately. The crew completed the entire project in just two days, with only one outdoor spigot requiring a quick revisit the following business day. Their attention to detail, including thorough cleanup after the job, really stood out. Overall, we’re extremely satisfied with their work and professionalism. We highly recommend their services!

This is addition to a prior review where I bragged on Leo doing such a wonderful job for us with a cracked hose bib. I also want to give a huge shout out to Austin who took the initiative to go through the requests for service on a very busy night for the technicians. When he saw that we had to shut off all our water to the property, he reached out to me and said he and Leo would take care of us that night so we could have water. This is amazing because the schedulers at the main number said they didn’t have availability to help us for a full week. Please know I am not bashing the schedulers! They have a system they are bound to work within and they are extremely friendly and professional. Affordable now has a customer for life.

My technician was Yancey, he was prompt,courteous and professional. He gave me a complete estimate and explained what was needed before he started the repairs. Everything under my kitchen sink was replaced in short order leaving no mess behind! He gave me an estimate for work needed in guest bathroom; I’ll have him back within the month to complete that. Thank you AP for getting someone here within a day of my call!

Collin and Hunter totally understood what my problem was and offered to repair it right on the spot. They were Able to explain to me what was going on and what my options were. The most important characteristic about them is they were honest. I had been told that I needed a hot water heater, and that the hot water heater being replaced with solve my bathroom faucet problem. Colin explained that I did not need a new hot water heater, and it would not affect my plumbing problem in the bathroom one way or another even if I got a new one. Honesty is truly what sold me on them. But it was wonderful having water in the shower and tub once again.

Yancey diagnosed the problem with my water heater and presented me with options for repairing or replacing it. I decided to replace it which Yancey did promptly and professionally. I recommend Affordable Plumbing without reservation.
