We noticed a water spray sound or a compressed air hissing sound emanating from the wall behind the washing machine. Oh, boy, this couldn’t be good. Well, we don’t have compressed air piping in our walls, so a safe bet was a water leak. We called and left a voice message last evening with All About Plumbing. Received a call after a few minutes and an made an appointment for the next day about noon. Harold is the person that came to help and he arrived within the time slot stated, and he also called to let us know when he was leaving the previous job and was in route to our home. Harold did a great job repairing our leak and he now is our go to person for plumbing needs.

Harold and his son are top notch! Probably the only honest plumber in Fairhope. He is like a good dentist, fixes and provides services you need, not trying to give you a full “root canal” when you just need a “filling”. All the other providers in the area tried to gut my good copper pipes, cut holes in my walls and honestly overcharged for simple services without itemizing. Harold will probably quote you over the phone for the service you want, and keep to his pricing. His work is beautiful, clean and professional, and he stands by his products and services. I won’t be calling anyone else from here on out.

Tremendous service. Harold was as good a person I have ever had perform a service for me. Called ahead as promised, arrived promptly and changed out our kitchen faucet fixtures very quickly. Very personable. I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing a qualified plumber. A very satisfied customer.

Both of our toilets had issues. Harold diagnosed and fixed both. He and his son are very professional, polite and we will certainly refer people to him and use them again should any plumbing needs arise!

Harold is upfront, honest and fair. He was about solving the problem with our grinder pump not trying to sell us new equipment. He also fixed a leak we were having from an upstairs bathroom. He did a great job , making us knowledgeable on the issues we had and completed the job efficiently. I would highly recommend him!
