Jesse was super friendly, honest, and efficient. Explained things well as he went and was easy to talk to. Great customer service skills in addition to his plumbing skills.

Do Not Use Latta Plumbing!!! Our appt was at 11:00, no one showed or called...Called office around 1:00 and said someone was on their way....Finally after 3:00 they showed up...Quoted $1500.00 to hook up 2 bathroom sinks and kitchen sink from wall to sink. Called Singletary Plumbing, quoted over the phone for same work to be done $750.00. Was completed next day for half the price of Latta with excellent installation and customer service....Alexis Latta, maybe you need to speak to your employees because that is not what happened. First of all my husband came by the office and gave our address and info. He was told by a young lady that must have been new that they would be at the house at 11:00. He never received a phone call from anyone, they just showed up. The first guy that came in was very friendly but the other guy that came in seemed to be upset or angry. My husband asked if he had a problem. Please do not try and tell me what happened when I know what happened. It was simply poor customer service and over priced quote. Maybe instead of trying to school me, you should train your employees properly.

Jessie was a great help to me today! I had plumbing issues at my rental home. I had another company work on this very same problem 2 months ago so needless to say I was not happy to find the same problem. Jessie was kind and patient and he explained everything to me and took his time to complete the job. Latta was GREAT!

Jesse Anderson, a Service Technician, was great. I wasn’t sure where my leak was coming from or the extent of the leak. Jesse could have told me anything and I wouldn’t have known the difference. He explained that it was a very minor issue and repaired it quickly and very inexpensively. I am grateful and can’t recommend Latta and Jesse highly enough.
