Quick response to setting up an appointment. Good communication on arrival time. Quick diagnosis of my issue. Provided a cost estimate with repair work completed quickly. A leaky water heater expansion tank was replaced. I have used this company many times. I would recommend this company.

My water heater just started pouring water out and I immediately called Georges Plumbing. They were trying to get someone to just come right on out and in the meantime they were sending me to talk with someone who was on another job and he directed me to turn the power off to the water heater. They had someone out here within the hour. In the meantime I had gotten Decatur utilities to come turn the water off because my valve in the house was stuck. The men worked very hard placed a new hot water heater. They cleaned up after themselves. Very good. I’ve used them for years and never been dissatisfied!! Thank you Georges plumbing! I highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Brett Miller w George Plumbing ! Mr. Miller went above and beyond to save me money by first attempting to rebuild my outside water spigot, even in freezing cold weather. He showed me the small leak and explained the situation before deciding to replace the entire unit. I really appreciated his honesty and effort to find the most cost-effective solution. In the end, the job was completed professionally, and everything works perfectly now.

Rusty and Wesley were very helpful. They assessed the situation and fixed the problem quickly. They made sure I was aware of the issue and even offered ways I could save money on the current service and future issues I might have. First of all ...when I called they did not have an opening until Wednesday, but due to the situation they worked us in today. They sent Rusty and Wesley to help. They're very punctual and polite. They will call allowing you to know they're traveling to you next and give an ETA. We feared once they became well established they wouldn't be as customer oriented as they are. Forrest came initially and made us willing to call again. I have used George Plumbing several times now and been REALLY impressed each time. They may not be the cheapest, but their work is very high quality. I have used them to completely re-plumb a house being renovated. I have used them for sewer work, where the sewer line was 10 feet down. And, I have used them for a variety of smaller repairs. I have been pleased every time! In my latest project, Michael and his crew of 4 knocked out a big renovation job in less time than planned. Their professional plumbers seem very focused on customer satisfaction and high quality work. I will use them again!
