Highly recommended by friends who have used him for years, called him when a pipe behind the tub separated, and some kid from one of those 24 hr places quoted me $3000 to even begin the repair, and swore it'd involve jackhammering the floor up across the entire house. I knew better, reached out to Frank, he was in and out in about 45 minutes, problem resolved at a reasonable price. No fuss, no upselling, no BS like those places who book on commission. Couldn't recommend more highly.
