O'Neal Service Pros was recommended to us by our neighbor after we had a leak develop in the main waterline to the house. Our neighbor described the service as "awesome." After spending a few hours with Ryan as he excavated and repaired the leak, I have to agree with my neighbor's description...awesome! I was notified every step of the way by texts as to arrival times and phone calls when I had questions. I found the cost of the service extremely reasonable considering the amount of work needed to access and repair the line. We will definitely keep O'Neal in our contact list for any future plumbing needs.

EXCELLENT!!! From my initial phone call to the perfectly on time appointment, we were well please with Mr. O'Neal professionalism, intelligence, courtesy and kindness! He took care of our fireplace issue which we scheduled for and even helped with a couple other things as well! Great company! Highly recommend!

After Ryan did such a great job installing our water heater, we enlisted O’Neal Service Pros to be part of our renovation project. We had lots of planning discussions. While the major work was ongoing, Ryan came in and did some “prep” work, (1) reversing the powder room toilet and sink water supply and drains, (2) reconfiguring the kitchen drain & water supply so the sink could be moved, (3) repairing a couple of worn-out water valves. Once the floors & cabinets were in, Ryan came in and installed the kitchen sink, faucet, water service and drain, then installed a new garbage disposer. He installed the powder room toilet and sink in their new positions. He installed a new dishwasher. Finally, he “discovered” the water valves to the washing machine were leaking and replaced them. All Ryan’s work was “top notch.” We were lucky to have his help. Very professional, great communicator, fair prices. I highly recommend O’Neal Service Pros!

Ryan is the best! He has helped us with several projects/issues in our new home: he helped transform a furniture piece into a bathroom sink for our half bath, flushed our tankless hot water heater, installed a new disposal in our kitchen sink, fixed plumbing leaks, adjusted toilet levers that weren’t working properly and several other items. He is honest and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
