Brad came out and looked at the old toilet and after looking it up told me it was a 40 year old antique and no one made parts for it anymore. I asked him to order me a new toilet before he left for his next appointment. I expected it to be a week before he could get back but he came that evening and installed the new toilet in under 2 hours. The price was reasonable and lower than I expected. Brad is friendly and very professional. I would recommend him to family and friends anytime.

I recently had Brad's Plumbing replace my water heater and they were fantastic from start to finish. I am currently overseas for work (and 15 hours ahead of the Central time zone at that), so communication was not ideal, but they were available day and night to get every detail squared away. The job was done in an incredibly expeditious manner, and all is well at my house now. I am glad I used them, because now I know who to call for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

I did 2 star's and here's why, he replaced the water line's in my mom's house and did a great job, we also had the water heater replaced to but now that there's a warranty issue with the water heater even under warranty he want's to charge her for the repair. If he put it in he should repair it at no charge. That's my rant have a great day.

Brad's plumbing completed all of my plumbing needs for a master bathroom remodel. I have been very pleased with the results. The workers were great to work with, pleasant, clean, on time, and reasonably priced. I will be using them again when I remodel another bathroom or kitchen.

I called three recommended companies about my plumbing problem. Two came to look at it. One left the repair unfinished. One told me he was going for parts and never returned or called. Forrest showed up, diagnosed the problem, went for parts, and had it fixed in a couple of hours. He came to the door wearing a mask, and he has excellent taste in music. Job well done.
