My water heater started leaking from the top, so I called 1-Tom-Plumber. Jacob showed up in a couple hours to assess what was going on. Despite the small area and a washer in the way, he worked on it to try to fix it. The water heater ended up needing to be replaced after it's long 17 year life, because it was something that couldn't be fixed. Jacob gave me a fair and competitive price for replacement. He was very helpful and polite. We just got it replaced and couldn't be happier to have hot water again. Thank you 1-Tom-Plumber for an excellent job and to Jacob for your hard work. You have new customers for life.

Incredible service. I wanna extend a big thank you to Joseph! We had a pipe burst during this recent cold spell and my wife called this plumbing service and spoke to a super-friendly, very helpful woman that was able to schedule a plumber on the spot. Despite having several clients ahead of us, Joseph called and kept us updated throughout the day, letting us know how far out he was, and when he'd be available. Even after a long day, in below freezing temperatures, and at 9:30 at night, Joseph drove all the way from Athens to fix our busted pipe, and was finished in about 30 minutes.
