B & C Plumbing

I called yesterday because my toilet wouldn’t flush. The guy replaced the flush valve and ball flap. Charged me $260 he was here maybe 10 minutes. Charged $55 for the parts. I was in shock!!!! This is a rip off. Looking for a new plumber.

They designed plumbing for our new build and were so slow. Every time we came to check on progress someone was sitting down on their phone. 3 years later we have more plumbing issues than anything else. Woke up with a leak this morning and called them for an emergency. They can’t be here until tomorrow so we’d have to wait a full day for our family to have water. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Toilet removal and new toilet install. Dewey was professional and got it done in less than an hour. Definitely happy with the work.

Andrew and the entire team are top notch. I just completed a major renovation and was so thankful to be referred to them after my first plumber totally flaked out at the beginning of the project. They were very helpful, easy to work with, and always present when I needed them. Highly recommend!!! I only wish I would’ve found them sooner!

I have used B&C several times, and work has always been very satisfactory. I have never had a company to stand behind its work like B&C. Not only was my work guaranteed (and guarantee honored), but I received follow-up phone calls to ensure everything was satisfactory. I also appreciate how they always work around my schedule to ensure minimum impact to me. Every company should have such good customer service!

I am writing this review to address two companies that work together and get an expert job. The companies are the BC Plumbing and Air Comfort Control. The job I needed to have completed within seven days required the replacement of all plumbing and air-conditioning ductwork. I asked each company if they could work out a way to remove the air-conditioning ductwork first to speed up the plumbing replacement, then replace all the plumbing, and then finish replacing all the air-conditioning ductwork underneath a 44-year-old house. After talking with both companies they agreed to remove the air conditioning ductwork first so that the plumbing could be replaced in a day and a half including a second workmanship inspection. As soon as the plumbing inspection was completed, the air-conditioning ductwork was to begin immediately. I requested that if there were any problems involved in the transition to talk to each of the first before calling me with an issue. In addition, all the trash is to be removed from under the house and out of the yard and disposed of properly by them. Each company during this work period both work teams were one man short, and both companies were working very heavy schedules while doing the work on my house. I was very impressed with Craig of BC Plumbing and Chico of Air Comfort Control. I pray that I got both names correct. These two men worked fast and very hard. I recommend both companies and their staff for an excellent job and cooperation.

The drain cleaning was very well done until he decided to adjust the drain on a slab by knocking it in the ground. Drain pipe is cracked. The office manager has been horrible to deal with 2 times. It took 3 years to realize what our problem was, when we figured it out, the office manager just gets mad and uses a forceful tone to try and beat you down. I will document the repairs and put on YouTube just for the bad attitude from the office manager. The owner was supposed to call and never did.

When your wife wakes you up at 2:00 in the morning and asks you if you hear water running, you know immediately it's not going to be fun. That's exactly what happened early this morning and the leak in the basement was in fact "not fun". I turned the water off and first thing this morning called B & C. The lady who answered the phone was super nice. She set up an appointment and told me what time the plumber should arrive. Sure enough about 30 minutes prior to arrival the plumber gave me a ring to let me know what time he'd be here and he showed up right on schedule as promised. He was very professional and we couldn't have been any happier with the work he did. We highly recommend B&C and I assure you we will use them again when we have plumbing needs.
