Had a great experience with Blake Brothers. Customer service was top notch from the initial call, getting us booked for a service the next day and the wonderful technician Shane Broyles, who was so nice and thorough. All communication was great and appreciated. Our shower knob had a leak and water continuously ran from the head. We attempted to fix it ourselves to no avail. Shane quickly saw where the issue was coming from and re assembled the handle and fixed the issue. He went above and showed us where the leak was coming from, how he fixed it and allowed me to test it to make sure it was to our satisfaction. He also rechecked it again himself before he left just to be sure. Shane also helped us troubleshoot an issue with a different tub spout that was very helpful! He knows his stuff and bonus he showed our daughter some Rubik’s Cube tricks which she has been practicing since. All around great guy who is excellent at his profession and exceeded customer service expectations! Thanks again Shane!

I communicated to the scheduler that I had orientation for a new job and needed service to be started first thing in the morning. Blake’s Brothers scheduler reassured me that they would note that I needed an early appointment. They sent periodic text reminders of our appointment and allowed an opportunity to cancel if needed. My plumber was Miguel. He was very knowledgeable and professional I appreciate his prompt service and making sure I understood the problems concerning my plumbing. He completed several services without even breaking a sweat! He cleaned up after himself and disposed of the water heater. I absolutely had an awesome experience with Miguel and Blake’s Brothers.

Michael, Comfort specialist with Blake Brothers was very prompt coming just an hour after the request was made to discuss the options for a new Hvac unit for our home. He listened to our needs and went through the selections taking his time to explain the differences in products. I was happy with the fair price and payment package and the fact they had availability to get right on the replacement due to the fact the item was in stock. I feel confident that we made the right choice and know that they will be there for us with any future needs.

Austin Fleming provided excellent timely service at my home. I wished to replace the gas logs in an existing fire box. He took measurements of my box on the same day I called his office and gave me a price for him to return and install a new set of replacement logs that I would buy from a local vendor. The next day I purchased the logs in the morning and he installed them that afternoon. He gave us instructions on operation and maintenance. The price seemed very reasonable.

Very impressed with the level of service Christina gave. She was very professional, on time, personable and knowledgeable. I had multiple issues with my hot water heater including an older model that was no longer up to code and a failing valve. She was very informative and did a thorough job. She also did great at explaining my different options to help me find the one that worked best for me. I would highly recommend Blake Brothers. Thanks Christina!!!

We are very impressed with Blake Bros! Our hot water stopped working suddenly. I called another provider who was going to make us wait 5 days to even be seen but then I remembered seeing the Blake Bros trucks on the road so I called them and they got us in immediately. Morgan was our technician and he was very knowledgeable and patient explaining everything to us. He took care of our problem and made sure all our concerns were addressed. He even set us up to make sure our future maintenance is taken care of. I was so impressed that I even referred them to other family members for their homes. Everyone I spoke with at the Blake Bros office throughout the process was very kind and accommodating. I definitely recommend!

We had our home electrical panel replaced/upgraded by Taylor D. today and he did a very professional installation that included a whole home surge prection. A trusted technician that has vast experience, talent, and willingness to make the job stand above the rest! We are extreamy happy with him and Blake Brothers. Christina did a great job changing out my kitchen sink disposal. She was on time, friendly, informative and got the job done quickly but done right. The cost to have it replaced was more than I expected, but obviously that is not a reflection of Christina’s work, that is on the company itself. Christina did a fabulous job and I’d definitely request to have her come back again if ever needed.
