Absolute professionals!!! That is the only was to describe my experience with the teams that did the install. Background: I have a home server closet and it was getting pretty hot. I considered buying a DIY Mr. Cool system, and I'm glad I didn't. I called CAS based on their Google reviews, and I couldn't be happier. Greg DuBroca came out and spent a good amount of time walking me through all my options and answering all my questions. Even after that first estimate, Greg was always available to answer additional questions. From the time I signed the contract to install was 48 hours. When the install day came, Nelson Cruso, Chase Hooks, Colby Vernon, and Charles McDowel were incredibly professional, courteous, and accommodating with a few changes I requested day of. The team demonstrated a care for my house that you don’t see a lot in business these days. Laying down drop clothes, vacuuming all the debris, hauling away every scrap of junk, including the broken bricks from the house. One of my big concerns was aesthetics and not seeing a lot of pipes and tubes running along my wall. Based on the location of the closet and the outer unit the team had to run some pipe; however, Charles (electrician) did an amazing job ensuring none of the electrical PVC was visible along the wall. CAS cares so much about getting it right the first time that, even for a small job like mine, they have dedicated quality control (Greg Duplechain) and field supervisors (Jason Pence) who not only stop by to check on the work, but aren’t afraid to get in and lend a hand. I would definitely recommend CAS to anyone looking for HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work. They may not be the cheapest, but their work speaks for itself and do you really want “cheap” when you are talking about taking care of your home.

Josh B did an exceptional job at servicing my home. He did not leave until my unit kicked back on and that shows that he cares about his customers. You all are very lucky to have such a caring and dedicated technician! Keep up the great work Josh!

Conditioned Air Solutions is the absolute best! Our thermostat stopped working one night preventing the air conditioner not able to turn on. We called Conditioned Air Solutions and they got on the ball. Andrey was the service guy to come out and he was fast and efficient. He found the problem and got it fixed quickly. I will definitely use them from now on!

Jake Sheehan came out for our maintenance service and did a great job. He was very thorough in his inspection and explained everything in layman’s terms so that we could have a good understanding. We appreciate conditioned air taking care of our system!

We had a great experience with Josh Buchanan! He was timely, a great communicator, and very thorough in our service. Would definitely request to have him come out again!

We had to call in a no heat call and Josh B. showed up in about an hour. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue get us back up and running. He fully explained what was wrong and what the options were to get the system back to being fully functional. Josh B. was very genuine, personable, and professional. Conditioned Air has been maintaining our HVAC system now going on 3 years, and the experience has been universally good. Their most recent annual inspection was conducted by technician Chase Reedy and continued the high class service. We were kept informed of the schedule and his progress toward arriving at our home. He then proceeded to carefully and thoroughly inspect our system , demonstrate the performance of each subsystem, and to make certain we had all the thermostat settings correct. Where we had an error, he carefully explained why it needed to be corrected. Can't ask for more!

I am so happy that I switched to this company! Everyone was so helpful throughout the process of getting a new furnace. They worked with my schedule and sent me updates on what was being done while I was at work, including pictures. Daniel and Shawna even got my gas fireplace to work again and made a little video with instructions. Christina and Todd did a great job explaining my options for a new furnace. And James was here on the first day when my heat went out. After meeting with him, I already felt better. Everyone working for this company cares and goes above and beyond. They provided three space heaters, so I would stay warm over the weekend. Awesome!
