Called Deans Plumbing this morning because old water heater was leaking……3 hours later I had a new water heater. Technicians were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.

They performed their job within the timeframe and cost estimate projected. Rerouting piping through the attic to bypass defective pipes under the slab was a complicated and arduous job, but they did it well with a pleasant attitude! We had a leak that required me to shut off the water to the house. Despite calling on a busy Monday morning, they were able to adjust their schedule and send Alek right away. He was a muddy mess by the time the job was done. He never complained and had a wonderful attitude.
