I agree with Brad - they are Con Artists. Told me they couldn't find a large water main leak in my front yard and would have to put in a new main from the street to my house at a cost of $3600. I said no and the Plumber returned to my front door saying he smelled gas around my gas water heater. He told me he could replace it with a tankless $4362. I knew it wasn't leaking because I had just been in the crawl space and had been the past few days as well. I told him no. A few days later I was under the house and smelled gas. Huntsville Utilities Gas Operations came to the house and found dangerous levels of gas and someone had recently tried to unscrew a permanent metal plug that holds the pilot box together. There were tool marks on it and that was where the leak was. A reputable Plumber in Huntsville inspected it and confirmed that indeed was the case. Not only did they put our lives and home at serious risk, they ruined our hot water heater so I had to replace it. Dangerous people!!

Jackson plumbing did everything we needed. Found the problem and corrected it. Both gentlemen were very professional and keen fir need. Thank you guys for everything.
