Kite Plumbing & Gas is a fully licensed and insured small business, so rest assured, your project is going be done right the first time. Kite gave our bathroom a fixtures face-lift. Our vanity faucets/drains, shower head/handle, and toilet were replaced (see photos) with more modern units. My wife loved the new look. Joshua was very professional and you could tell he took pride in his craft by making sure everything was installed just right. My wife and I purchased a Spec home in Madison city (Millstone). It was built without an external natural gas line for my barbeque. We contacting Kite Plumbing for an outside gas line, nothing special in the job (just get my BBQ going). The crew showed up for a bid and was very respectful they let me know what would be necessary for the job and emailed me a quote right away. I ended up going with Kite mainly because they were professional, offered a guarantee, and promised high quality work. Today they showed up for the appointment on time and delivered on everything promised. They even cleaned up their track marks from attic insulation after the job and did a full walk though of the work with me once complete. If you are looking for a class act master plumber then I would highly recommend the Kite Plumbing & gas crew. And on the personal side I thought the two man crew were very nice men.

Kite has done phenomenal work for us for years. They service our office, our home and do the gas piping on all of our generator installs. My experience started with a promptly answered phone call. The estimate was scheduled within a couple days . Josh showed up on time and the estimate was in line. The work was scheduled two weeks out and on time again. This was a Rinnai water heater install scheduled over two days. The work was done flawlessly, all permits in place and inspections coordinated. Josh keeps a clean, organized truck, presented himself well as did his two young sons who were working with him. Kite Plumbing will definitely be my only choice for future plumbing and I strongly recommend him.

I used Kite to run gas lines and install a tankless water heater in our new house. They did an EXCELLENT job and I could not be happier with their service. They were very professional, explained exactly what they were going to do, and did it for the price they said (which was very reasonable). They also took care of our gas oven and gas fireplace. They took pride in their work and even cleaned up after themselves. I will use them for ALL of my future plumbing and gas needs and will be referring them to anyone I know that needs their service! They get 7 stars out of 5!
