I cannot recommend this company enough. Michael Baudre was referred to me by a plumber from Draingo for a slab leak and as a single woman, I was hesitant about services quoted, being overcharged, having strangers in my home with my young children, etc. Mr. Baudre and his son fixed my slab leak, laid new cement, replaced the sheetrock, AND gave me $100 back because the job was finished faster than the time he originally quoted me. Since I already budgeted for the initial quoted amount, I offered him the extra $100 and he refused to take it!! I called him years later for a separate concern. Michael came out that day, fixed it in seconds, and didn’t charge me a dime because of how simple the fix was. Michael Baudre is the only company I will ever allow to perform any work on my plumbing. Five-star experience! Michael and his son were very knowledgeable and explained things to where I could understand. They worked very hard to get the part that I needed and was able to do it at a reasonable price. Same-day service and the work was completed quickly!
