My mother's water heater was leaking so I googled plumbers in Decatur and the first company on the list was Scotts Plumbing LLC. Madison Al. I am so thankful it was. This was by far the most professional trades company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They were there the next morning and did a great job. (And a great price) From start to finish, Jeff, our plumber, was great! Very mannerly , very knowledgeable, and completed our job in a timely manner. Thank you so much to Scott Plumbing and Jeff. I highly recommend these people!

Scott was able to schedule my leak repair the morning I contacted them. Brandon’s assessment was thorough and he was able to repair the leak in my main water line within an hour. He did an excellent job repairing my lawn where the pipe was damaged. The total charges were reasonable and I was very pleased with all aspects of my experience with Scott Plumbing.

We were getting new countertops, so we needed all the sinks faucets and drains hooked up. The high level estimate over the phone was similar to other quotes we got and Scott Plumbing would come on a Saturday, so we went with them. The actual cost was 60% more than the original rough estimate and we provided all the p traps etc. They didn't have 5 p-traps on the truck even thought we told them multiple times that the service needed was to reconnect 5 sinks (faucets and drains) and to make sure they had enough p traps on the truck since they were coming on a Saturday and their parts shop is closed. The install took more than 3 hours (almost 4). To add insult to injury once we started using the sinks, 2 of the 5 are leaking. Now, we have to take more time off work to be home for a 5 hour appointment window to fix two sink drains that are leaking. Very disappointed and would not recommend. Edited: now 3 of 5 are leaking. The kitchen sink hasn't been used much since the granite sealer was drying. Now after regular use, it is leaking too Update: Management reviewed our bill and ended up giving us a partial credit. The technician came back and got everything corrected. He apologized for the issues and he handled it professionally.

We’ve never needed a plumber since moving here. This week we definitely did! Called Scott Plumbing on advice from a neighbor on Mon morning explaining that our hot water heater went out night before and we had no water. They were out that morning and had our new one installed and up and running by afternoon. Great company!! The service tech was amazing, never stopping until he completed our job. He was friendly, efficient and courteous. Now I know who to call when my next ‘disaster’ happens!

Excellent service from Scott Plumbing! I called them thinking I needed a new hot water heater. Adam, my technician, was able to do a small adjustment on the unit and therefore saved me a ton of money. Very honest and professional. I also requested a quote on a future new hot water heater to compare to another quote from a competitor who told me I had to have a new heater. The quote I received from Scott Plumbing was substantially lower than the quote I received from another well known company. I will be using Scott Plumbing from now on.

Great experience. Communication was awesome. I was notified when the tech would arrive, and he arrived as estimated. I really appreciated the picture of who I should expect to show up. That's an excellent safety precaution. Jay my technician was professional, knowledgeable and very informative. I highly recommend Scott's Plumbing to anyone in the need of plumbing services. My issue of a whining noise upon flushing was quickly resolved. Happy satisfied customer here. 😀

Service guy was prompt and very knowledgeable, realistic that it was more of an appliance issue rather than a plumber issue. Still, he did re-anchor my dishwasher and recommend a reputable appliance business. Highly professional and did not charge for the call. I was a repeat customer and grateful for his competence and candor as to the possible problem. Highly recommend him. I’m so sorry I cannot recall his name. It was a hectic morning, but his professionalism made my day. Rare in these times!

Made a call at around 9:30am to ask for a technician on December 27 and Jeff was at our house by noon. We thought we might have a leak behind our shower and he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and likely saved us thousands in unnecessary repairs on top. I asked how much we owed him for the visit and he said it was free of charge since there were no repairs needed. Can’t tell you how impressed I was with Jeff and Scott Plumbing as a whole for 1) their extremely responsive customer service and 2) their professionalism by waiving any charges for the visit. We will exclusively use Scott Plumbing for any/all future plumbing service needs.
