There is a reason they have been in business this long. I asked about some issues with my business unit this morning. The unit is old and Hutchens has never serviced it before. There were 2 guys out here by lunch looking at it. They were professional and efficient. I expect to see a quote in the next day or two. I hope it all works out and I will use them for this and all my future AC/HVAC/Plumbing needs. Good job gentlemen! UPDATE! The unit is repaired and I am extremely happy. The price is fair and the service was amazing. I had another company "repair" the unit about 2 months ago and it lasted 3 days. These gentlemen were very thorough. They documented everything with photos and live video. I cannot recommend them enough.

My brother and I own a vacation home in Huntsville. Our Air went out over the summer and what a nightmare! We called several companies prior to finding The Hutchens Company. The first company that came out was unprofessional and very expensive. We then found the Hutchens Company and man what difference. They were very professional, on time, offered to fix the problem right away however we ended up replacing the equipment. They started the install the same day and our new unit was operating mid the next morning. Thanks Hutchens Company, you guys are the best!

We had our two water heaters installed by this company years ago. One malfunctioned yesterday (2/16/2021, of course always on the very cold weather). I called the company line and reported the problem and requested service. Zack called me yesterday around 1 pm and he promised to try to come here around 8 am today 2/17/2021.He never showed up or called me to reschedule. I called him around 8:10 this morning and have not heard from him yet. Very unprofessional and disappointing service. This is my first call and contact with this company. We are still sitting in the cold and waiting for the service.
