We had a plumbing issue, called Coleson Plumbing and they scheduled an appointment. They showed up on time, were professional and did a fantastic job. Pricing was fantastic. I definitely know why this company is highly recommended. Vestavia, Alabama neighborhood 35216.

Called Jim with an emergency situation recently. He came by ASAP, was a pleasure to work with, communicated well and did what he said. He diagnosed our problem and called another company that handled my root cause the next day as this was outside his service offering. He even followed up to make sure the company he called got the work done. I asked him to do some plumbing work that we needed in our bathrooms and he did a great job, timely and reasonably priced. He also noticed some issues we had with two bathrooms and fixed them the same day. A pleasure to work with, a great person and his business in Irondale.

I have just had a complete bathroom remodeling done. Jim, the owner, personally, did all of the plumbing work that was involved. I had used him for my plumbing needs in the past but never for a major project like this one. I could not be more pleased! He did, as always, an excellent job in a timely manner. He is very professional, respectful, thorough, and competent. He always strives to do the best job possible. He goes "above and beyond" to make sure that everything is done just right. I scheduled an 8:00am appointment with Coleson Plumbing for today. At 8:24 I called and a gentleman said he’d check with his guy to see where he was and call me back. At 8:46 I called back, call went to voicemail. I left message. At 9:13 I called again and after two rings my call was transferred to voicemail. I left another message. No one returned my call. This company obviously does not care about their customer’s time or their word. I would not chance using this company.

Has a water leak in ceiling at 12:00 AM…called Coleson Plumbing and they arrived with 30 minutes Repair was made, cleaned up and completed. I want to thank Coleson Plumbing for showing care and concern for my home and the professionalism from start to finish. Best plumbing company I have ever experienced!

Jim was great! He knew what needed to be done immediately to our water heater, and did an excellent job. Very courteous and efficient. Will recommend to others, and use them again myself.
