Also, I am extremely pleased with the furnace they installed and with the price charged for the product and labor. The company went to great lengths to make sure I would be a satisfied customer. Austin and the whole team at Guin have been awesome! They’ve installed our standby generator and a new heat pump over the last year. Perfect installation on both and great techs. Did our maintenance visit pre-cold weather and all is ready to go. Thankfully they do plumbing also and set a toilet for our renovated bathroom today. Thanks Austin. Highly recommend Guin Service.

Andrew is excellent - polite, knowledgeable, efficient. He took care of cleaning my dryer duct and did a fantastic job. Really appreciate everyone at Guin. They have been helping us for years with HVAC, plumbing, and duct work. They are without question the best!

Guin was excellent! Dewayne Todd was very knowledgeable and fixed our two issues in under an hour. As a single woman, I really appreciated that the company sent a photo of the technician so I would know who was coming to my house. I will definitely call them again and recommend to friends and neighbors.

Called Guin Service in a panic around 3:45 am and Mr Wendell took my call in spite of the hour and i told him what the problem was ; we had leaks in the pipes in the garage and water coming out from under the fridge Mr Wendell knew right away what was wrong ; a broken ice maker of all things ! No more pipe leaks and no more water coming from under the fridge once he disconnected the water line to the ice maker He even called a restoration company to come out and clean up the water in the garage and dry it out Excellent service in the middle of the night ! Reasonable price … we are so grateful for Guin and Me Harvey We will recommend Guin to our friends and family … wonderful service and professionalism.
