I would have given five stars if it wasn't for the fact that I had a hard time getting a receipt. After several phone calls and, speaking to a home depot, and best care representative. I was sent an email that sent an invoice that said that I had a balance due. They wouldn't provide a proper receipt that showed detail billing and a breakdown of the cost of the water heater, parts, labor, or military discounts. However, Aaron gave me a great assessment of what needed to be done, and the qotes for the service plans. It help me to make an informed decision. The service technician's Kurtis, and James were very knowledgeable, polite, and professional . I had a same day installment, in which was done in 31minutes. They communicated to me what was being done, and what needed to be done to maintain my unit.They cleaned up, and removed the old heater. They did a fantastic job, and for their service alone. I would recommend . Your receipt process needs work.

Best Care replaced my main AC unit about 3months ago and they were very professional, friendly, and made quick work of the install. Lynne the office rep is always friendly and ready to take care of customers needs.

Poor customer service experience and still waiting for this company to repair the issue . Purchased a brand new unit from this company within the last year. Noticed a leak in my pantry which in underneath the AC placement. Reached out to the company last Monday and their repair man arrived and advised as soon as he looked at the unit that the installer had not properly secured the unit causing this leak. We have called multiple times to the office and gone in person to have someone repair the leak in an effort to prevent mold from setting in. The leak has now become worse and we have received no additional correspondence from the company on the repair. We were actually advised that we were second on the list behind a customer that had a working unit, no potential for mold, but simply needed some stairs built to access his unit. It’s very disheartening because the unit is still not functioning properly AND everyday the leak is not repaired puts our three small children at risk of inhaling black mold. Which in turn means we will have to pay out of pocket for the damages caused by this companies negligence and then sue to recoup our funds. I would advise anyone to make a different choice before using this company. As we were blindly pleased until their lack of quality workmanship, customer service and just over all professionalism was exposed. Update: Jan 22, 2024 After almost 5 months my home has finally been restored to its original state from the damage caused by Best Care’s negligence. What should have been a simple claim filed to their insurance provider to resolve the issue..turned into them searching for several weeks and calling different insurance companies to see if they even had insurance. I would HIGHLY discourage anyone from using this company unless you have money to throw away in the event they provide you with faulty work and poor service. We didn’t receive even so much as an apology for their negligence.

Mr. Evan Henderson came out and replaced my air handler and outside HVAC unit. He was very professional, polite, personable and efficient. He made sure that when everything was done to walk me through what he did and cleaned up behind himself. I would definitely recommend him and best care plumbing for my HVAC repair/replacement.

I highly recommend Best Care. I have been on their maintenance plan since June and I am very satisfied with their service, to include my interactions with the receptionist. Most recently, I placed a call for them to come seal up a gap between the HVAC refrigerant line and my house. The technician, Mark Guerrero, came out the next day eager to resolve my problem. Mark went above and beyond my work expectations by choosing the most effective option versus a quick and easy one. His wealth of knowledge and expertise was evident in his very detailed explanations. The name Best Care is indicative of the service that I’ve received from Mark and the rest of the team.

Friendly, went the extra mile. Professional, respectful, and communicated well. Aaron conducted the sale, while James and Andrew installed the hot water heater. Aaron noticed several things were not up to standard with the existing heater, and offered solutions. James and Andrew worked well, conferred with me during the process. I'm still waiting for my receipt, which I was told it would be emailed.

I bought 2 new systems from Best Care. One was complicated by a zone control system and some technology that was over 25 years old. Best Care did an excellent job and not only made sure everything was running like it should, but set up and configured my smart thermostats on the new system too. They were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them!
