Plum Dragon
After finding a massive increase in our water bill, and nothing leaking inside the house that could explain it... we realized the big tree out front had cracked the main line to the house and was helping itself to about 3000 gallons a week. A neighbor recommended this plumber after having a similar repair done and called them for us. Shane came out that same afternoon to have a look and give us a quote. Two days later, he and his crew were at our place digging a new main line. They got right to work when they arrived, busted through clay and huge tree roots by hand, cut only as much concrete out of the driveway as necessary and even took care to save as many plants as they could out of my flower garden. The repair to the concrete looks great, the meter has stopped spinning like a top, and our water pressure has easily doubled (apparently our pressure regulator has been going bad for a while and we didn’t realize). The guys in the team were happy to be there and all worked very well together. It’s plain to see that they enjoy what they do and are proud of their work. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and greatly exceeded all expectations. Overall, I have never had a more positive experience with a plumber in all my years. No one ever wants to spend the kind of money it takes to replace a main line to their house, but these guys made it as painless as they possibly could. I would not hesitate in the slightest to recommend this business to anyone who asked and will definitely be giving them a call again should I need to.
