I truly appreciate the maintenance service plan offered by Lee Co. I also appreciate the regular text reminders to schedule the annual maintenance of my covered systems. Thank you to my HVAC technician, Josh who was super thorough in servicing my HVAC system and ensuring that it is ready for summer. He also caught an issue that was under warranty and replaced it during the service visit. Thank you, Josh and great job, Lee Company!

We have used Lee Company for many years and are always happy with their service. We recently had our unit checked for winter readiness (a little late), and the tech who came out, Daniel, was extremely polite and explained everything he was doing. They also called ahead of time to let me know when he would be there. He was kind to our dog, even though she barked at him, and he was thorough in explaining everything he did with our unit.

This was the best experience I have had concerning plumbing. Drew was extremely thorough and explained everything and my options. Lee always has experienced technicians but Drew was one of their best. I am so thankful I have their maintenance program. It is well worth the expense.

I purchased and had a home backup generator installed on my property, as well as 7 (whole oroperty) surge protectors. They were AWESOME! Cameron was the lead, and I couldn’t have asked for a more professional install. My experience has been excellent.

Lee Company provides the very best service and knowledgeable people! The representatives are personable and take the time to explain things. They are on time and if they are running late they call and make you aware of their new arrival time. We have been using Lee Co for quite a few years and while they may not be the least expensive in this industry, I feel like they provide real value for their services. We will continue to use Lee Co.!

Definitely glad I called Lee Company! On the coldest night of the season (so far) and knowing it was going to be colder, my almost 3 year old heating unit was not giving me warm air! I called Lee Company and they sent Zach out that day. He was very professional, knew what he was talking about and best of all got our heat working within minutes! It was our thermostat, just a wire needed to be attached. I ended up signing up for the maintenance service. I would recommend Lee Company and Zach!
