Very pleased! With the service Cody and Matt provide. They both were very polite and helpful. I will be using this company and highly recommend them 12/18 They came today and put in a new breaker box and ran wire. The guys were ALL super fantastic!!!! I will be recommending you all to everyone that needs the work you do.

I called 2/3 in the morning, they came out about 5 hours later. The tech had great customer service, knocked out two jobs within 20 minutes. Fair pricing and I will be calling them again for other future needs. I had a leaky pipe behind the refrigerator and a valve that needed to be replaced in my toilet.

Very knowledgeable about the issues at hand, and also nice!! Thank y’all so much. Turns out my thermostat was no good and it was turning both the AC and heater on and making it go at once. 100/10 RECOMMEND! Pictured: our new thermostat. Our guy was Jared!

Absolutely amazing service! The electrician responded quickly after making the service call and was such a blessing. His customer service is unmatched as he was so kindhearted and truly cared about our safety. Cody went above and beyond to fix our electrical issue. His service was so amazing, that when I shared the service and interaction with my husband, he even told me to make sure I take the survey when they send the link! 😊 THANK YOU to Cody and to the company for having great employees.

I had Dexter. He was very helpful and honest. I had requested to get a technician that can take a look at the attic fans and unfortunately Dexter was not confident in his ability to help in this area. He was honest with me about it which does matter to me! He had great customer service recommended some additional items to buy, when I wasn’t sure about the purchase he quoted the items for me and emailed it to me. He was very professional. I was most appreciative about the fact that he allowed my son to follow him and watch him work on the AC unit. He was extremely kind and these kind of technicians is why I use your company! By questions were not all answered but superb customer service is most important to me!

Jeff showed up well within the appointment time. Very professional and courteous and did everything he could to resolve my plumbing issues. Unfortunately he didn't complete the job due to it being under warranty from a previous company and advised we reach out to them that way we're not paying for a service that's still covered under warranty. Would highly recommend and would use there service again.

Cody showed up to the appointment on time and performed the necessary annual maintenance on the Generac generator. After the job was complete, he called me and communicated the current condition of the generator, as well as future maintenance needs. He is very knowledgeable about the product and I highly recommend his service.

I had a terrible experience with this company. My expectations with his company was high however, it was a disaster. The technician name Jeff Hale came out, gave us a quota and he tried to over price us astronomically. Please be aware of this company. This company has unethical practices from my experience from dealing with their technicians. And it was a very simple job to do. It was just changing my shower cartridge value. And the technician, Jeff Hale was trying to charge me to for a complete bathroom. I felt insulted that the technician, Jeff Hale tried to do something that was blatantly overpriced exceedingly. Moreover, he still sent me an invoice that he actually never did the job. They are thirsty please be aware.
