From making and confirming the appointment through the actual service (which was a checkup) Batchelor's Service has great customer service and exceeds expectations. When we moved to Mobile a year ago and bought a house we called Batchelor's to come do a checkup on our system and we signed a maintenance contract. Today, Jacqueline came to do our spring checkup. A text let us know that she was on the way. She arrived promptly and was both personable and professional. She let us know what she was doing each step of the way and listened to our questions answering them thoroughly and thoughtfully. I highly recommend both Jacqueline and Batchelor's Service.

I have appreciated having a contract with Batchelors for my heat/air sales and service in two homes for over 30 years. I have always been pleased with the services provided. Jonathan recently serviced my two systems and he gave perhaps the best service I remember. He was professional and efficient. He provided services that were detailed. He explained to me how such services (such as cleaning parts) increase the efficiency and prolong the life of my units. He was personable and polite. I could not be more pleased with Jonathanβs service!
