Climate Control Service Experts

I chose them simply because their sticker was on my AC unit in a home I purchased, and they originally installed the unit. Alecia in customer service was very helpful in answering questions and putting me through to a more technical person when she could not answer. We agreed to schedule a service call where Brandon came out and he was helpful, respectful of me and my home throughout the service call. We learned v bulbs in our Arco system were close to expiration, so we had them replaced while he was here. After the service call, I received follow up emails asking how their service aligned with my expectations. Truly a service organization. We will of course continue to use them and recommend them to friends, family and google people. A job well done.

Climate control did what they said they were going to do. Jeff was down to the point when giving me a quote. Trevor and his dad arrived on time and installed the HVAC unit in a timely manner. I highly recommend Climate Control. Installed date June 1, 2024. Climate Control again rock the job. The first review was at my rental property. The second AC went in today ( July 8, 2024) at my personal home. I was not expecting both my units would go out a month apart but I knew who to call. Ricky came out on a Saturday and gave me a quote on a replacement. He was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure. On the following Monday the guys who installed the unit (David, Steve, and Jeff’s son) arrived on time, very polite, and did the job in a timely manner. They were also very knowledgeable. I can’t say enough about this company. Thanks Climate Control. Definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a new central air unit.

Brandon from Climate Control came out this morning. We have the Home Comfort Membership + Maintenance with Climate Control. They come out twice a year to check our HVAC system, clean coils, check coolant levels, etc. It’s more of a preventative package for $15/month. A single visit without membership would be $180, so basically we get a visit for free. Brandon did an excellent job checking everything over. He suggested replacing our inducer motor and immediately had someone email an estimate. I also asked about insulation because I know our attic is poorly insulated (that might be an overstatement). He immediately had an estimate emailed over to me. I appreciate Brandon’s attentiveness, punctuality, politeness, the way he explained my options, and his easy going attitude. 💫

Jodi answered my phone call and was extremely helpful scheduling service appointment then sending me a text to confirm the time. The service technician Donnie arrived on time calling first to confirm his arrival. Donnie was quite knowledgeable quickly identifying the burned disconnect in the attic and explaining my repair options. Jodi, Donnie and Bobby who originally sold me the heat pump made this a 5 star experience!

I had two heat pumps replaced with their top-of-the line Lennox Signature models. These guys gave me a price that couldn’t be beat by anyone and went above-and-beyond with everything. They even drove all the way to NOLA and back in the same day using their personal truck to get my heat pump when it wasn’t delivered by the manufacturer. Price, professionalism, quality of service, everything was 10/10. Thank you David, Steve, Christian, Jonathan, and Andrew for all you did this past week. Highly recommend everyone in Mobile give these guys the first call when choosing an HVAC contractor.

Christian and Josh installed an HVAC unit for my mom. They were professional and personable. They were persistent in getting the job done correctly. They stayed and made sure everything worked properly before my mom signed that the job was completed. She and I were very pleased and satisfied with their work.

Shawn and Ricky were great! They were very knowledgeable of what to recommend. Each option of any action needed was explained thoroughly and what the differences are between each option!

I have carried a Home Maintenance Warranty for years with the idea that my aging HVAC one day might fail. This would leave me with the cost of a new system that I could not afford. I was having my 19 year old system repaired by the warranty company that took almost two months to achieve and while they were working on my unit I called the original installer (Climate Control) to inquire about the option of replacing my air scrubber. I spoke to Justin and he had an appraiser call and came to my house at the same time as the repair man was replacing my air handlers motor. When I asked about the possibility of replacing the unit he described the cost of their program. was so surprised that I jumped aboard and my install date was the very next morning. The install team (Christian and Dave) arrived when they were expected and immediately set to work. They were professional and knowledgeable about their job. It turned out that Dave had installed the existing unit in 2005. They completed the install in the estimated time frame and explained the units functions and warranty. Needless to say I am very pleased. So beware of the Home Shield trap because you will be wasting your money.
