Cottage Hill Plumbing

Had an issue with a washing machine backing up into my new home. I called and Brandon showed up the same day. He trouble shot for about 30 mins and finally isolated the problem. He gave me instructions on how to solve the issues myself and told me to call him if I had any issues. Then he tried to leave without accepting a payment! I had to force him to take money for at least a service call! He saved me hundreds of dollars with other services and didn’t want to charge me anything because I was going to do the work myself. This gentleman is a rare find, a good person, and is truly a master at his trade. I can’t recommend him enough!

Did a good job and but Brandon said he’d come back the next day and pick up the old hot water heater , he never came back. I tried to leave a message, his box is always full, called the office no response. Left my cell number on sms no response . Now I have to pay someone to take it to the dump. If u have a HWH installed add a little extra money to your bill.

Super disappointed second time I’ve called and schedule with company. After he missed first appointment and I had to call back. The second time was worse did not show or call for second appt separate issue. I called left number no response. Called back following day on 12/14/22 to follow up, Brandon said I’m with a customer let me call you back in 10 min. I’m still waiting. My wife called on 8th or 9th and made appointment for 13th. Well like I said still waiting. Use Evans plumbing called on 12/15/22 came out 12/16/22 as scheduled and even called and said they were on their way. Thanks Evans plumbing. Recommend not using Brandon and Cottage Hill Plumbing, he may or may not show days later or call with any status!

He came out to review and give estimate but didn't call back about scheduling the work - I called him and we scheduled an afternoon - I called that afternoon to confirm and he canceled. I was forced to get another plumber. I might add that this person is not the original owner of Cottage Hill Plumbing so be aware of that when you call him. The previous owner could not have been a better plumber - I had used him for many years with satisfaction.

Brandon was so easy to work with. Professional, thorough, and his prices are more than reasonable. We will definitely call him next time we need a plumber!

I will definitely call back if I have any plumbing problems. I called in the morning and he came that afternoon. Nice, honest and fair prices ! Highly recommended!

No show, no call, liar. Brandon said he would be here at 9. Tried to call goes straight to voicemail. Look elsewhere!!!!

Very prompt on a Holiday. Did a great job, reasonable and knowledgeable.
