Excellent customer service. I called several companies last night and they all went to voicemail or an answering service. I remembered the Studio 10 segment about the company and reached out at 5:30am. Mr. Enoch answered on the first ring and promised to be out within an hour. He repaired my heater and didn't try to push additional services on me like companies that I've previously used. He's very knowledgeable, professional, efficient and personable.

Service was okay until I got the bill. They initially charged 8 hours labor to check problems. Plus also an $85 service call. Found defrost board shorted due to a snake crawling in causing the A/C and heat to run simultaneously. Jumped board so heat would work and ordered board. This was the root cause of the problem. Was charged over $500 for board and was told that the thermostat was replaced. The exact defrost board was less than $100. I checked this out and informed the company this was not reasonable. The total bill was over $1300, they adjusted it to $1120. If they replaced the thermostat it wasn’t necessary and apparently they charge labor when they drive to your location $85/hr. Very unethical people to hire. Total of parts was about $100 and at the most 2 1/2 hrs labor plus service call $85. Ask questions before you hire these folks!! Tim E.

When we called Easy Heating & Cooling to look at a problem we were having with our front office unit at e-worc. They were very responsive and came out quickly to provide a quote. The problem was kind of big (and a little expensive) and I wanted more detail so someone called me and we discussed the details. It all made perfect sense and I approved the repair. They communicated well throughout the process and the on-site team was very professional. They were very considerate of my staff and did a great job. When the bill came, it was slight lower than the estimate. This company is just good at what they do and they do it with great integrity.

I'm very thankful for Mr. Enoch helping me to diagnose my furnace issue over the phone. I was thinking I was in need of having my furnace lit and that it will take a day or two, however, it was me controlling the thermostat incorrectly the whole time (smh). He insured me that I did not waste his time and now we have heat. It didn't take him 3 minutes to figure out the issue, again all done with a simple phone call. Knowledge is key! Thank you so much Mr. Enoch. If you're having heating/cooling issues call him FIRST!! I'm very glad that I did.
