Install was fine and the new system works great but the company is denying to fix the damaged lights in my home. Some of my kitchen lights were damaged while the Install crews were putting in new ducting and vents in my home. While the Install crews were crawling around the attic over the kitchen, a few of my recessed style kitchen lights were pushed down from the ceiling. They will no longer sit flush and they hang out. I have been trying to get the company to replace my lights, but Hansens is denying the repairs. I was told by a manager that the springs are weak in the lights and they are not responsible to fix them. Yes, the springs maybe weak but to deny that a full grown man crawling over them had nothing to do with it is a bit rash. Before the new A/C unit was installed, my lights were not damaged. During install, my lights began to pop out of the ceiling. I am asking that Hansens makes this right.

Install was quick. Great service. Only issue occured when removing the inside system, the closet door frame was knocked loose. There is some slight damage to the frame and paint. Was told that a supervisor would be reaching out to discuss a solution.

Right as my new rental unit gets a tenant, the 7yr old water heater starts to fail. Thankfully Hansen was quick to come out and not only diagnose the situation, but replace the water heater the same day. The price was fair and everything was handled professionally and promptly.

Matthew D. was able to repair our washing machine water supply fittings. He is polite and professional. Unfortunately he did not have the parts he needed when he arrived the first day even though I explained what I needed when I called in so the repair had to wait for the next day.

Joshua was so knowledgeable and professional. My tankless hot water system had to be replaced and he got the job done with attention to detail and care. I always have good experiences with Hansen’s techs

Skylar arrived and got right to the task of unblocking the hall toilet. Ended up having to remove the toilet to remove the blockage from the old iron drain. Great job and very personable. Highly recommend their work.

Service call... Hunter was awesome. Knowledgeable and informative. Great Service Tech.... Installation the next day was fast, clean, and very professional. The crew of four rocked. Good personalities too.

Any time I have had even the smallest of issues with my AC unit all of the technicians that have responded have been timely, polite, knowledgeable, and have been able to resolve my issue. I have enjoyed doing business with them.
