On 6-21-2021 Zack came out & worked on a busted pipe at my home. Then told us they don’t accept credit or debit cards only cash or Cash app🤔. So my wife had to go out in the rain to a bank to render him $1485 + tip only for us to find out only the sink faucet worked in one bathroom and nothing worked in the other bathroom. Then they ran blue piping all through out the garage when it should’ve ran the piping through the attic!!! I wish google would allow me to attach pictures of how poorly of a job this work is hanging over the garage door!!!! It’s not even secured with the proper amount of brackets. So my wife called them twice and each time the female said she was sending them RIGHT BACK OUT. 9:38 pm rolls around and they never came back out that day so my kids didn’t have a bath. The next day 6-22-2021 they come back out and “fix” the issue that now allows water throughout the whole house (like it was prior to them coming out) however they removed the valve off the hot water tank and so we had no hot water! Imagine how I felt coming in from work to take a COLD shower along with my family!!! So I called Zack and explained to him that I’m not satisfied with the work or service and how unexceptionable this whole situation is. Zack reassured me that would be back out for the 3rd time tomorrow 6-23-2021 at 8 am. It is now almost 7 pm 6-23-2021 and they still have not showed up😡😡 I had to hire another company to redo Moody’s work, reroute the piping via the attic and provide the hot water 💦 we had prior to them coming out. Now they don’t want to answer our calls and we want a full refund!!! Update 3 years later and we still have not heard back from them...smh
