I want to take a minute to thank Plumbco for sending a super nice technician to my house. Ethan did a great job replacing an old leaky hose bib on the backside of my house. It’s such a relief - not to have water 💦 constantly spraying against the wood on my house. Ethan took the time to give me a reasonable estimate on the cost. He was very friendly and well mannered to be only 18 years old. ⭐️ He had such a calm and pleasant demeanor about him. I appreciate how he fixed my leaky hose bib. The technician Matthew was very Professional and very knowledgeable on every question I asked. He went right to work on my issue and it was resolved in no time ensuring I was able to get to work in a timely manner! His outstanding costumer service is top tier!! Absolutely the best. Very nice and professional. Responded to my problem extremely fast, especially considering the recent weather event. Highly recommend and would definitely use again. UPDATE-I did have to use them again for a faucet replacement and once again, very fast and friendly. And Ida was wonderful also. Love this company.

called for the first time this company, we had a gas leak they come out the same day and checked out the gas line. josh was our tech and was so nice and very efficient. i happen to like everything about this company. josh fixed the problem. I'm happy with the service. Iris was super to her would call and let us know they were coming and schedules. we will use them again we give the 5 star

Josh Stevens was the technician that was blessed with the task of repairing our busted water line after the winter snow storm. He began the job quickly and did everything he could in order to work around the landlords wishes of not having to get a contractor involved. He was very professional and efficient even though this was an aggravating job. Great work, Josh! Thanks so much for great service!
