Quick Rooter Plumbing Services

I could not recommend Quick Rooter enough and would advise anyone who needs a plumber in their servicing areas, to definitely reach out to them. For background, I was having ongoing plumbing issues for over the last two months and was working with a different plumbing company who provided a diagnosis (after a few trips to my home) and next steps to resolve the said issue which included working with the city on a matter. While I was waiting to hear back from the city, I called this original plumbing company out again and requested a short-term fix; however, they were unable to provide the service and advised me to reach out to another plumber in the area. I am fortunate this happened because I was then referred to Quick Rooter. I quickly called Quick Rooter and spoke with Nikki and Amber regarding the issue. It was clear that they genuinely were trying to ensure I was getting the help I needed in the timeliest manner. Not only was Lafe able to get to my home a day earlier than initially scheduled, he was able to resolve the issue for a price 12x lower than I was originally quoted from the other company & correct the initial diagnosis with proof and reason (helped me as a young, first-time homebuyer who is not too familiar with plumbing technicalities). Quick Rooter as a whole was very proactive in this service, and Lafe has already begun working on his end to provide me potential longer-term solutions to reduce the chances of this issue occurring again further down the road. If you are looking for a plumbing company that is proactive, personable, affordable, knowledgeable, and quick among many other things, I would definitely recommend working with Quick Rooter.

I hired them to replace my septic tank and field lines, they showed up on time, were very polite, and explained everything about the job prior to beginning. They also took great care in only disturbing the area of my yard where the new system was being placed even thou they used heavy equipment on a very soft carpet like Saint Augustine covered ground. I would, will recommend them to everyone that needs anything repaired, replaced or installed.

Today was the second time I have used Quick Rooter. The first time Braxton came out and today Corey came. The turnaround was less than 4 hours on both calls. They were both very professional.They even warranty their work. I highly recommend this company and will only call them when I need plumbing work in the future.

I hired them on Aug 15th to clean out a blocked drain for $150. They had to come out again on Aug 17th, 2 days later, for the same blocked drain and while they were there had them fix a dripping tub valve for $196. So they didnt warranty their first job and now the tub is leaking again and they wont warranty that job either. Not very professional or honest at all to me.

In the process of selling my home I had to have my water heater replaced and brought up to code specs. To my delight I called ,spoke to Amber and the whole project was completed within a week ! Wes came out to inspect , list of parts required ,and give me an estimate. Two days later Wes and Braxton came out and worked really hard til the job was completed. I will be referring friends and family . Job well done and friendly employees

We had a total repiping of our house this week with PEX after polybutylene pipes disaster. We so appreciate all of their hard work and perseverance to finish this big project. Clint, Lafe, Junior, Stephen and Gunner are hard workers and did excellent work, while being respectful and trustworthy in our home. If we had any problems, they came out immediately to take care of it. I can highly recommend them to anyone.

I'm a mom to a big family and we had a clogged toilet and tub. I'm talking an 'Apocalypse Now' situation. I called every plumber in Mobile and not only were Quick Rooter the only business to give an exact quote (and also the most affordable price), they were the only ones that could come out same day. The man that came over was efficient and very nice, and he didn't judge me harshly for jumping up and down when my main line was unclogged. He even put my toilet back together at no charge (the toilet that I had dismantled out of frustration). Problems. Solved. This is the only plumber company I'll use from here out. 10/10, highly recommend!
