Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Clean-up

We were given conflicting locations for a sewer line break between RR and the city. The city said the break was under a new driveway, but rather than cutting it, RR did additional work to locate the break beyond the driveway. They mapped the tortuous sewer line path to the street and verified their repair along the entire line when finished. I am very pleased that the driveway did not have to be dug up for this fix. Thank the plumbers at RR whose experience and workmanship made all the difference.

They are absolutely amazing. Just by looking at the job they thought it was going to possibly be a 2 day job but they had it all finished in 1 day. And they had to replace every single cast iron pipe under my house and create new flange setting and new flange under my toilet. Roy and Alex were absolutely the best. Thank you guys.

The technician that came out to help me was very personable and professional. He worked until he made sure the clogged drain was clear that was in several different places because of the initial backup. He tested all of the drains a couple of times to make sure they were draining good. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone as I have used them for my personal residence and rental properties for years and they always get the job done quickly and are always competitively priced often being the most affordable. Thanks again for a job well done.
