If you're needing your tank pumped. Text this man. He'll get you taken care of. My tank was full and it backed up the line. He went above to unclog the line instead of leaving me with a backed up pipe and having to NOT call a plumber!

Had a septic pump and system evaluation 3/28/24. First time home owner. Not from this area. Looked for a licensed, bonded, and insured company to follow state and county health department requirements for the job. I don't normally write reviews, but felt the service was quality. Chris was prompt, knowledgeable, and quick to complete the job. Best pricing and service in my opinion compared to competition and they took care in finding the septic tank lid to not destroy large patches of my lawn. A different company messed up my neighbor's yard AND had to redo work in a follow up visit, so I felt safer going with South Alabama Septic Service and Chris' expertise. I didn't know where my septic tank was exactly because it was never disclosed at time of house purchase, but I had a map from health department. Chris found the septic tank lid in around 2-3 minutes after looking at a badly drawn map of the septic tank installation. Chris provided a lot of information on how to maintain septic tank and field lines. Also helped me out with some Copper Sulfate to prevent new tree root growth around my tank. Job was done in under an hour from meet and greet to paying for service. 5/5, Would use South Alabama Septic Service again for septic tank maintenance.

I had to get new field lines put into my yard and these guys were the best! They are very responsive and professional. They got the job done in a few days even though my yard was terrible with all the old field lines I had. I will never use anyone else again. Yell all your friends that are having issues to contact Chris and the team. They're the best.
