Excellent service! Honest guys who know what they're doing. Technicians know how the equipment is suppose to work in conjunction with air flow and efficiency based on equipment abilities. Nigral is a super tech and knows what he is doing. Then Stone, the lead installer, shows up and does a great install making sure my new variable speed system is operating at the highest level is can. I will no one but Surfside and their men. Excellence at a whole new level.

Very pleased! When we first called because of the cold shower we were getting from our water heater, we thought we needed a new water heater. Matthew and Finch spent 4 hours trying to save our old water heater and didn't acknowledge defeat until they had tried everything they knew to try. Then they installed the new water heater on a Saturday with Caleb their Master Plumber checking to be sure they had done everything possible first. We got hot water! They charged us a reasonable price, just over half what a different plumbing company asked. They came back Monday to work on a new cover for the new water heater. (They didn't just install and leave); they continued the excellent service we've gotten so far from Surfside Plumbing. Update: They had ordered the wrong cover for the water heater and kept on the manufacturer to send the correct one for over a month. They came up with a cover to use to protect it from the freezing weather and snow that we had, then installed the correct cover when they finally received it a month later. They kept on until all was fixed correctly. Again, their service was excellent.

This was our second time using this company and both times we had good service. The first time was for electric and this time was plumbing. Great communication, they arrived when expected, polite, and great work. We will definitely use them again.

We had an amazing experience with Surfside Services. They were great in communicating and accommodating other contractors working on my project. I will most definitely use them for all my electric or plumbing needs. The entire crew was kind and friendly. I felt confident that the work was being completed well and fast!!

The employees were on time and professional. They were quick and clean from the estimator to the instillation crew. I am very grateful to the Surfside Services Company, I will definitely hire them again in the future and recommend them to others looking to have electrical work completed.

This is my third year using Surfside Services for Christmas Decor and I am absolutely elated with the entire staff. The decorations are so beautiful! I will have to get photos once it becomes night. I want to really thank Candace C for all of her assistance. She was very amiable. The installers were very kind. Both of the men spoke upon arrival and got right to work. Great communication. Showed up when he said he was going to be there! I had two other companies never show & they never called to tell me they had to push me over to the next day. I understand service companies can get behind but communication is key and Surfside provided that! Thank you Stone!

Matt and Finch installed a new water heater in our home. They ran into trouble that was no fault of their own and did everything in their power to rectify it. They were so sweet and I will definitely be using this company again. The ladies in the office were also so sweet and went above and beyond to help as well. I really loved the service we received.
